Frequently Asked Questions

How much space do you need for setup?+

A 10x10 ft area with access to a standard power outlet is all we need. Our attendant arrives early to handle the full setup and teardown — your guests will never have to lift a finger.

Do you offer digital sharing?+

Yes — every package includes instant sharing. Guests can text or email their photos and videos straight from the booth, and you'll receive a private online gallery of everything after your event.

Is an attendant included?+

Always. A professional attendant runs the booth from start to finish — welcoming your guests, keeping the energy up, and making sure every print looks perfect.

How do we secure our date?+

A signed agreement and 50% retainer officially reserve your date. Dates are first-come, first-served, and prime Saturdays often book months in advance — so the earlier, the better.

How far in advance should we book?+

For weddings, we recommend 3 to 6 months out — spring and fall Saturdays go first. For birthdays and smaller celebrations, 4 to 8 weeks is usually plenty. Either way, it never hurts to check your date early.

Do you travel outside Ocala?+

Yes! We're based in Ocala and serve all of Central Florida, including Orlando, Gainesville, and The Villages. Travel within our service area is included — for events farther out, we'll quote any travel up front so there are never any surprises.

Can the booth match our theme?+

Absolutely — that's the fun part. Every package includes a custom-designed photo template with your names, date, colors, or logo, plus a curated collection of backdrops to complement your aesthetic.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?+

The 50% retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel 30 or more days before your event, the retainer is forfeited; 14 to 30 days out, 50% of the total is due; under 14 days, the full total is due. Need to move your date instead? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
